Interpretation

How Word Counting works

The Word Counter analyzes your text in real-time as you type. It splits text by whitespace to count words, uses regex to detect sentence-ending punctuation, and identifies paragraphs by blank line separators. Reading time is estimated at 200 words per minute and speaking time at 130 words per minute.

Most blog posts perform best at 1,500-2,500 words for SEO. For social media, keep posts under 280 characters for Twitter or around 150 words for LinkedIn engagement.
